Welcome to Levanto! Discover our town at the gateway to the Cinque Terre.

Those who want to visit the Cinque Terre often choose Levanto as a starting point: from here it is very easy to reach the picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre, either by train or by boat.

Still, our town is beautiful and worth devoting a day to visiting.
There are many things to do in Levanto. The beach is splendid and the sea offers glimpses of priceless beauty. Beloved by surfers and trekking enthusiasts, Levanto is also an excellent destination for those who love cycling: a beautiful cycle path starts here and goes as far as the beautiful towns of Bonassola and Framura.

The historic centre is fascinating, from the Medieval Loggia to the Clock Tower to the beautiful church of Sant'Andrea. Stroll through the narrow streets of the centre with its craft workshops and small shops selling typical products, all the way to the Piazza del Comune. I am sure you will fall in love with my Levanto!

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
The customer pays a penalty corresponding to 1 night’s stay if he/she cancels within 5 days of arrival.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the entire stay will be charged (excluding the tourist tax).
No advance payment is required.
The Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation.
We reserve the right to perform a pre-authorization on your Credit Card. This means that we could temporarily block an amount equal to the cost of the first night or an amount adequate to cover any additional expenses. The pre-authorization can be performed 5 days before arrival and remains valid for up to 30 days. This operation does not involve any immediate charge but serves to guarantee the availability of funds. The pre-authorization can be converted into a charge in case of no-show or cancellation after the terms set out in our cancellation policies.

Conditions of stay

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM. In case of delay, the cost of an additional night may be charged.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
A tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per night is due for up to 3 consecutive days. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
Bathroom linen and Bed linen are changed every 3 days
The additional change of bathroom or bed linen, if requested, will cost €10.00 per person.
Room cleaning is done every day. To allow for cleaning, it is advisable to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM.
The additional cleaning of the rooms, if requested, will cost 25,00 €.
The final cleaning is included in the price.
It is not permitted to prepare food or consume meals inside the rooms.
In compliance with health guidelines and to ensure a fair experience for everyone, it is requested that the food from the buffet be consumed exclusively during breakfast and inside the room.
It is not permitted to welcome guests into the rooms.
It is not permitted to organize parties in the rooms or in the common areas.
Out of respect for all guests, it is not permitted to stay in the common areas of the house after 10 pm.

Conditions and rates for children

Children of all ages are welcome.
Cribs/Cots: Children up to and including 3 years old can stay free of charge in a crib/cot (if available).
Extra beds: Children aged 3 years – up to 17 years old can stay for € 20,00 per person per night in an extra bed (if available).
