The two double rooms on the first floor with balcony overlook the front of the house and are completed by a terrace with a small table and two chairs, from which there is a pleasant view of the roofs of Levanto.

All rooms are functional and furnished with the relaxation of our guests in mind.

The furniture is by Lago throughout, a brand whose modern taste and bright colours we love: beds suspended on glass supports, exposed wardrobes and bathrooms with glass sinks.

All our rooms have a welcome tray with kettle, tea and coffee, a flat-screen TV, towels, hairdryer and organic toiletries with dermatologically tested formulas.

This room type may include the addition of a single bed (on request and subject to availability). This solution requires the payment of a small extra charge of 20 euros per day.

Breakfast is always included in the rate for all rooms.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
The customer pays a penalty corresponding to 1 night’s stay if he/she cancels within 5 days of arrival.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the entire stay will be charged (excluding the tourist tax).
No advance payment is required.
The Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation.
We reserve the right to perform a pre-authorization on your Credit Card. This means that we could temporarily block an amount equal to the cost of the first night or an amount adequate to cover any additional expenses. The pre-authorization can be performed 5 days before arrival and remains valid for up to 30 days. This operation does not involve any immediate charge but serves to guarantee the availability of funds. The pre-authorization can be converted into a charge in case of no-show or cancellation after the terms set out in our cancellation policies.

Conditions of stay

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM. In case of delay, the cost of an additional night may be charged.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
A tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per night is due for up to 3 consecutive days. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
Bathroom linen and Bed linen are changed every 3 days
The additional change of bathroom or bed linen, if requested, will cost €10.00 per person.
Room cleaning is done every day. To allow for cleaning, it is advisable to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM.
The additional cleaning of the rooms, if requested, will cost 25,00 €.
The final cleaning is included in the price.
It is not permitted to prepare food or consume meals inside the rooms.
In compliance with health guidelines and to ensure a fair experience for everyone, it is requested that the food from the buffet be consumed exclusively during breakfast and inside the room.
It is not permitted to welcome guests into the rooms.
It is not permitted to organize parties in the rooms or in the common areas.
Out of respect for all guests, it is not permitted to stay in the common areas of the house after 10 pm.

Conditions and rates for children

Children of all ages are welcome.
Cribs/Cots: Children up to and including 3 years old can stay free of charge in a crib/cot (if available).
Extra beds: Children aged 3 years – up to 17 years old can stay for € 20,00 per person per night in an extra bed (if available).
