Aria, the B&B in the heart of Levanto

Dear Guest,

I am Elisabetta and I am happy to welcome you to my B&B.

We are located in Levanto a charming seaside town often rightly called the 'gateway' to the Cinque Terre region.

Our house is located at the top of a hill, a quiet and peaceful area: a pleasant breeze often blows here and the sun fills the garden, rooms and communal areas with light.

I personally took care of all the choices in the house, with the aim of creating a pleasant and modern environment that best expresses my idea of hospitality: from the line of organic bath products to the colour palette of the house, to the soft lighting that enhances the atmosphere in the evening.

Breakfast is my priority and I personally take care of it every day: the choice is rich in sweet and savoury options, to be enjoyed in our indoor breakfast room or on the pleasant outdoor veranda.

Central to the choices of Aria B&B is the well-being of my guests so that your holiday in Levanto is a wonderful experience, from the moment you arrive until the final goodbyes.

Discover our rooms

Our aim is to make your holiday as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Aria B&B has modern and tastefully furnished rooms, all double rooms with a private outdoor area and some with the possibility of an extra bed. Available to our guests in all rooms is a welcome tray with a kettle, tea and coffee, a flat screen TV, a minibar, towels, hairdryer and organic bath products with dermatologically tested formulas.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival.
The customer pays a penalty corresponding to 1 night’s stay if he/she cancels within 5 days of arrival.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the entire stay will be charged (excluding the tourist tax).
No advance payment is required.
The Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation.
We reserve the right to perform a pre-authorization on your Credit Card. This means that we could temporarily block an amount equal to the cost of the first night or an amount adequate to cover any additional expenses. The pre-authorization can be performed 5 days before arrival and remains valid for up to 30 days. This operation does not involve any immediate charge but serves to guarantee the availability of funds. The pre-authorization can be converted into a charge in case of no-show or cancellation after the terms set out in our cancellation policies.

Conditions of stay

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM. In case of delay, the cost of an additional night may be charged.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
A tourist tax of € 1,50 per person per night is due for up to 3 consecutive days. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax.
Bathroom linen and Bed linen are changed every 3 days
The additional change of bathroom or bed linen, if requested, will cost €10.00 per person.
Room cleaning is done every day. To allow for cleaning, it is advisable to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM.
The additional cleaning of the rooms, if requested, will cost 25,00 €.
The final cleaning is included in the price.
It is not permitted to prepare food or consume meals inside the rooms.
In compliance with health guidelines and to ensure a fair experience for everyone, it is requested that the food from the buffet be consumed exclusively during breakfast and inside the room.
It is not permitted to welcome guests into the rooms.
It is not permitted to organize parties in the rooms or in the common areas.
Out of respect for all guests, it is not permitted to stay in the common areas of the house after 10 pm.

Conditions and rates for children

Children of all ages are welcome.
Cribs/Cots: Children up to and including 3 years old can stay free of charge in a crib/cot (if available).
Extra beds: Children aged 3 years – up to 17 years old can stay for € 20,00 per person per night in an extra bed (if available).
